"Placed a Togo order, had someone in the family picked up the order. Got home and we were missing 2 meals. I called to let them know and was told “I’m sorry I forgot to place the rest of your order, we were just so busy. If you would like to come back and pay for them we can make it.” I informed the lady on the phone, that I would come back and pick it up if it were comped due to the error Of her not placing the entire order. (To which she admitted doing because it was super busy). She said we can’t do that but on your next visit we will give you a free dessert.
