Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Homestead

I love this location. It's easily my favorite of all the Popeyes I have tried in the area! I love the order ahead option. They are really fast at this location. Occasionally, something has not been put in the bag. They always make it right! Last time they forgot my 2 extra biscuits. I went inside to get my biscuits and the girl working not only gave me the biscuits, but also an apple pie for the trouble! This excellent customer service always has me coming back!!!

Ordered on 4/28/22 for dinner around 4pm. We had a very large order.. 14 piece family meal and 14 piece chicken tenders family meal that we ordered online deals. Everything was hot and fresh. We received everything we asked for and ordered.

Horrible service, I went in through the drive thru and placed an order. After that I waited 15 minutes for my food then she came with the food and didn't bring the drinks. So I asked for the drinks and waited more, until I saw the drive thru cashier talking to her friend outside instead of getting my drinks. I waited another 10 minutes before I went inside and saw that she wasn't even pumping the drinks and instead laughing with the other workers.

I really love the chicken that they sell at this place, the way this season the chicken is pretty different and it's good. The biscuits are the best thing that this place has.
