World's Slowest Drive-Thru Award! We live within a mile of this establishment and have now officially thrown in the towel on returning again. If you have about a 1/2 hour to kill and don't mind your order rarely being correct as you ordered it, the Portillo's in Homewood is your kind of place. View all feedback.
What ice P doesn't like about Portillo's Hot Dogs:
November 26th 2022 service was slow with one cashier and the line inside went around the dining room. I asked for fries but got onion rings and I just kept them because going back to exchange them would have taken a long time. They call out numbers but they need a microphone because the music drowns out the girls calling your number. Food was good but I'm going down the street to Freddie's next time I'm in the area.
