Dunkin' - Honeoye Falls

This Dunkin' location is fantastic. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and they make an amazing cup of coffee. The store is relatively new, so everything inside is spotless and it's a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee or snack. The drive-thru and parking lot are well-designed with plenty of space, making it easy for larger vehicles or those towing to access the drive-thru comfortably. I'm particular about my coffee, but the staff here pays close attention to detail and never makes anything too sweet like some other locations. Even when it's busy, I've never had to wait long in line thanks to the efficient employees who keep things moving while still delivering high-quality food and drinks. I highly recommend using the Dunkin' mobile app, as it's much easier and faster than ordering at the counter or drive-thru window and allows for more efficient customization of orders. This location is a great choice for donuts, breakfast, and coffee. Thank you to the HF team for their great work.

Unpleasant corporate atmosphere in the heart of a quaint village. I don't see the appeal of purchasing coffee and doughnuts from this place when hfmp(5 out of 5 for coffee and baked goods) is conveniently located next door. The bathrooms were decent, though.

Come here often. Lately it's deteriorating. There are flies all over the kitchen, bees inside the store. Stale coffee leaking in the kitchen, very unsanitary. the staff looks new and not trained at all. They try their best but management should be steppingin..

The staff consistently gets orders correct and always works diligently, maintaining a positive attitude even when there are only two workers and a long queue.

Steamer has been broken since March. Why open the doors if you?re unable to make hot drinks?! Usually benefit of chain company is consistent product/hours; DD Honeoye Falls has ONLY been consistently frustrating and waste of time
