"Daily customer reviews. The hot dogs and hamburgers with the world-famous chili are fantastic. They also have large coffee, toast and eggs that you can get from 6:30 to 11. Jane and Judy are the chefs and waiters who see you every need. They give the newspapers and fill your coffee with great service."

"To say this place is amazingly delicious is an understatement. For starters, the restaurant felt like home, if it weren't because I personally knew I had never been there before I would have thought that I had been there a million times before andwas loved like family. The staff themselves are chef kiss, such beautiful and respectful people. It was refreshing to go into aplace where everyone cared about the restaurant and its hospitality. Now the food, is a gift from God himself. There was not onedish I tried that wasn't worth eating. My husband and I ate so much and didn't want to stop. We had left overs and feltobligated to take it with us, because there is no way food that delicious should be dumped. Our drinks were as delicious as themeals. If you haven't been, find a reason to go. We are not from P.A. but we will be back, specifically, to visit and dine atThe Ridge Restaurant. Thank you for the beautiful service, and delicious meals."

"Cordero was one of the first places, if not the first place where my father moved 50 years ago to Honesdale. Since then our children and their children come when they are in town. Cordaro's family. Not only the Hometown crew that comes every Sunday to harass the staff, but all that go through the doors! We have wedding showers and funeral dinners there and the staff is great. They're not perfect-they forget to bring a refill. But they are all very conscientious for their customers! Food is great! I'm not a family. You can't go wrong with Cordero!!"

"This restaurant was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! There was nothing bad. The bread was hot, the butter is mixed with cinnamon and honey, the asparagus was nice and crisp. The mashed potatoes was some of the best I've had. I had the duck with orange ginger glaze; and my husband got the special which was a 7 pepper coffee rub steak. (Which was HUGE! Both melted in our mouths. The service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed and elegant. All at a VERY reasonable price. We will DEFINITELY come back the next we come to the area."

"Not usually in that area (maybe once a year). Happened to be in the area and was looking for a place to eat and years earlier I had stopped there. Food was ok, nothing special, but decided to try it again. Very glad I did, the food was excellent. The staffwas very friendly. The multiple terrible towels on the wall made me feel right at home! The only downside is the rocky entranceand parking lot, I happened to be in an expensive low to the ground car and not my truck, made me concerned, but if you don 'thave very low profile tires, your wheels should be ok. Regardless I highly recommend a stop to eat!"
