Not a ramen expert. Couldnt really tell how different this Michelin-recommended ramen is comparing with the others, but I tried the Michelin 1-star ramen Tsuta (it’s closed now) before and I could tell the difference. Famous Michelin recommended Ramen Bar. The bar itself is very small with a limited seat, but it is worth tasting its different varieties of rugs. Nice soup! Dum...
