I want to start off my saying that Arancino on Beachwalk is quite possibly my favorite restaurant in Hawaii. There is ALWAYS a wait so get a reservation. I personally got the penne with shrimp and spicy tomato sauce. It was fantastic and adding a bit of parmesan and chile flakes made it out of this world.
