Bangkok Chef - Honolulu

I've been here a couple of times...the Moiliili location. i think that I've been to the Nuuanu and Manoa locales at least once.Food is good. Thai can be spicy but it isn't overwhelming. I had the Lemongrass Chicken special. Sauce wasn't too fishy and vermicelli was not too dry. Chicken was ok. Portion size was a bit wanting but not skimpy. Affordable but not good. I only ordered 2 things via delivery and was disappointed. The fried rice with shrimp was definitely fresh and hot but barely had any flavor. The chicken satay was terrible! Hot and fresh as well but the chicken is like rubber! Lots of fat and just the texture was so processed.
