Goma Tei Ramen - Honolulu

My favorite restaurant in Honolulu! This is the original location in the Ward Center (via the road of TJ Maxx). Rich, spicy, pig broth that has no comparison. Definitely try her Tan-Ramen that offers this excellent broth. Coupled with a thick piece of pig bell (formed like a ribeye steak). Thick Curvy noodles and Chinese broccoli. For a lighter broth, try her shoyu wheels. I recommend her chicken deed, marinated boneless chicken, fried in light dough. Served in a generous portion with lemon and home-catsu sauce.

Had lunch at work up in Box Jelly. Your Char Shi is very delicate and tasty. Of course, it's good on her arms, but today I chose her on rice. It would be great if I could have a red ginger with him!

One of my favorite racing shops in Honolulu. Several locations around the island, but the site Ward Centre is my way to the restaurant of all. The freshly made noodles make a significant difference. The Tan Tan Tan Tan is my normal job, but this time I tried the truffle Shoyu Ramen. A little expensive but definitely worth it. Served with cut chicken breast, Shimji mushrooms, a poached egg and vegetables, it is a meal. The truffle was simply perfect good taste without being excessive. This place is always busy for a reason so be prepared for a short wait (Patron cycle quite fast, especially at the counter). Just make sure you register outside in the clipboard once you get there to keep your place in the line!

One of my favorite races. I get the Tannen-Ramen, a huge bowl of delicious broth with ramen, green and huge piece is char siu. It's delicious and filing. Also great location to hang and chat with friends.

Excellent spicy Tan Tan Ramen. Very good service and prices.
