Locally owned hole-in-the-wall takeout only Philippine restaurant that excels in Lump in a. The four star is not for the food. The food is five stars. Unfortunately for J&S the parking is poor and there are no accomodations to sit at while waiting for the delicious Lumpia.The food is delicious. Highly recommend the banana Lumpia followed by a tie for the other three, beef, pork, and veggie depending upon your diet. View all feedback.
