Katsu Sando 808 - Honolulu

Saw this place at the Kaka'ako farmers market and stopped by to try out their katsu sandwiches. First look was pretty unassuming but the first bite was amazing! The pork was nice and juicy and the flavors were perfectly balanced between the savory, sweet, and tangy notes. Will for sure get again the next time I visit the farmers market! View all feedback.

Got the tamago sando had really high hopes for this but I feel like they overcook their eggs! It was a little chalky and it kinda ruined it for me. I was hoping for the slightly undercooked orange/runny version you see in Japan. I also think it could’ve been seasoned better and slightly sweeter.
