Called today to make an order. Was put on hold. Waiting over 6 minutes. Overheard cashier help customers. Then heard her convo with an employees son's Hawaiian name and where the employee Grad from. He went Kam- but Grad Waianae.Second time she put me on hold and forgot. Food is decent. Customer service...not as consistent. read more.
