It's a Hole-in-the-wall place.... let it understand first. It's gritty. Is this the best bowl of the Pho in Honolulu... Yes. Minimum amount of salt/MSG in its broth. The broth is simple and clean. The other pho places in the city, you can use the amount of MSG (too much). After Chau opened in 1987. It was the first place in Honolulu. The same three sisters run the place. My wife and I came back to “the best Pho place” after 12 years and we are SO DISAPPOINTED. The wonderful aroma of the broth is no longer there, the broth is salty and taste much like “bullion cube” was used to make the broth! View all feedback.
