If I could give this place a zero I would. The rib roast was boneless but made to look like it had 7 bones. Had ZERO marbeling except for the 1.5 fat cap. Zero spinalis..makes me think it was a mock cut..not tender at all. More like chuck. The New York steaks are definitely fake cuts. 8 oz portions that are so tough shoe leather could be more tender. Tried to Sous Vide them as well and still like chewing horse hide.... read more.
