Even though it had been raining for days there was no contingency plan for rain by staff and min after being seated it started pouring. We were told we couldn’t stand at the bar by the rude manager and indoor dinning in a packed maskless room was our only option. We left without even having the drinks we ordered. "Love this place. Had two shared plates, Brussel sprouts and Tempura, both wonderful. Brussel sprouts were in a spicy sauce (not too spicy) and Tempura was very good. Had two appetizers, the spring rolls which were amazing (orange sauce was out of this world) and Gyoza (pot stickers).
