Just go here for chirashi. I was in the old 99 ranch and walking around and saw this small fronting with 2 cold refrigerated displays. Then I got closer and I was surprised to see blocks, chirashi bowls, and sliced sashimi. A man stood behind patiently and I was transported to Japan.
