What User doesn't like about The Signature Prime Steak Seafood:
Everything was great at Signature Steakhouse. The service was excellent. Our server was named James. He gave us wonderful recommendations. The price was what we expected but overpriced. The steak was well cooked but a bit over seasoned. We celebrated our Anniversary and they gave us a complimentary dessert and mashed potatoes View all feedback.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel during their happy hour, and I must say, it was a memorable experience. The panoramic views of the city set a breathtaking backdrop for what turned out to be a delightful culinary journey. The food, particularly the Ahi Poke and Steak Tartare, was absolutely awesome. Both dishes were prepared to perfection, with flavors that danced on the palate, leaving you wanting more. As for desserts, the Poi Cheesecake and the Crème Brûlée were simply divine. Each dessert was a perfect balance of texture and taste that beautifully capped off the meal. One thing to note for future visitors: the dress code seems to be on the dressier side. The crowd was decked out in very chic attire, making me feel a bit underdressed. It's definitely a place where you'd want to dress up a bit to match the upscale, vibrant atmosphere. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Great food, stunning views, and a lively environment. I'd recommend Signature Restaurant to anyone looking to elevate their dining experience in Honolulu. Just remember to dress a little fancy!
What a view So I came here for Father's Day and it was a pleasant experience. First there's plenty of parking. You can do valet at the Ala Moana Hotel or park at the mall side of Macy's and walk up the connecting bridge. The restaurant is on the very top floor (36 floor). I love the elevator system but one pet peeve is that the elevators are angle in such a way that you can't see the doors open if you're standing at the far end. And the elevators door open right in front of the hostess stand of the restaurant which is inconvenient when people are waiting to be seated. Service is top notch. Each table seems to have a main server and an assistant, with different people delivering your courses. Of course there's a full bar and wine selection top notch. The menu is broken down to appetizers, main entree, and sides. This is a big brother to Little Joe's steakhouse (I know you read those reviews) so the menu will look a little familiar. I got the special for the day, the 30oz tomahawk ribeye. I asked for medium rare and it came out medium rare plus and I didn't care for the sauce on top but it was still good. The dessert menu was limited. You would think being a parent company to Liliha Bakery it would be bigger but no. And what we did get was average. Overall four stars. Service was excellent, view breath taking, and food good. And lucky if you're a small walk in party you maybe able to sit at the bar. Now excuse me, I'm going to walk around the mall. It's a heavy meal I just had. Ooh and happy Father's Day greetings (for next year).
Service was excellent from the host to dinner service. The views are amazing and dining decor elegant and comfortable. The menu offerings were very reasonable. The bone in ribeye was cooked perfectly and presented like a traditional steakhouse. We also loved the crab cake and truffle mac n cheese. Overall, an excellent dinning experience.
Thank you, Leo for making our first visit exceptional. Came here to celebrate late Mother's Day Anniversary. We were 30min early to our reservations, wanted to leave Ewa extra early in case of traffic due to the heavy rains all day. They gladly got our table ready quite quickly, wouldn't even be able to say there was a wait. Food was good! I got the Wagyu filet mignon Hubby got the bone in Ribeye. Along with a few sides. I enjoyed the truffle mashed potatoes so much! So delicious! I also got a lava flow he got an old fashioned. Hubby enjoyed that enough to get a second glass lol The love piano playing topped off our very nice dinner! I took off a star because we had to constantly flag down someone to refill our waters.
My experience at the signature was absolutely delightful. The view we had, at our table, was gorgeous as the restaurant is on the 36th floor. Our waiter was exquisite, so friendly and super knowledgeable of the menu as well as offered many great selections. The food was prepared to perfection. I ordered the steak and lobster to share with my wife. We ordered the steak medium and it was so tender and juicy and the lobster was *chefs kiss*. The dessert was mouth watering! Overall we both enjoyed the food and our visit and we'd come back again!
