Tropics Ale House - Honolulu

We ordered drinks (4 of us). I asked for a funny tropical drink with something like an umbrella or a flower??? The drink was delicious, but the plastic grass was unexpected. I ordered the fish and chips. It was delicious and nicely held together. The chorizo and caramel sauce is fun to eat. The music was nice, but a little loud. I wish there was a dance floor so we could dance. That's why I gave him four stars instead of five.

Fun! The bartenders were very attentive and knew how to make drinks. The atmosphere was friendly. Later in Eve there was a live band! Definitely a great, casual place to enjoy!

Had Andrea as our waitress and she was fine. I'm a waitress myself, so I'm keeping a higher standard. One of our drinks wasn't pulled in. But came out when we finished our food. And the food was absolutely terrible when I said something about the food that is not great, she said Oh really and went away. The nachos taste like gas station afteros. And Artichoke Dip tasted like something from the garbage very bland, no taste at all. The burger was fine, but only okay. Would you have had a better experience and a better meal in Taco Bell or McDonald? S

Hit all the spots! All we had was super delicious. They have these fantastic frits with unique materials such as cream cheese and bagel seasoning or spicy Mayo with furikake. Must come back and try the other fries!

Amazing food and awesome selection of craft beers on tap including local favorites as well as other domestic and international choices. Prices are very reasonable as well. If you like trying different craft beers this is definitely a place to checkout
