Chang fen (or look fun in Hawaii) is one of my favorite foods. I love thin rice crepes that are silky yet chewy and generously stuffed with ingredients. The best ones I've found are in tiny stalls in New York's Flushing. I was so excited to find one here but they do not compare to the east coast ones at all.
