I was at Helena's location twice. The service is terrible. For the first time we waited for our implementation for 30 minutes. The second visit was thru. We waited for 1 hour and twenty minutes. If we were gone, we would have, but once you're in the line, you can't get out until you're almost in the window because there's a concrete barrier. Of course we won't go back.
