In a time when everywhere seems short staffed and many establishments are obviously cutting budget by decreasing the quality and/or quantity of food, OSushi remains consistently great. I get the same thing almost every time and it is always fresh and never skimpy. Thank you, OSushi for not expecting your customers to pay more for lower quality food and poor service like many places in town. Well done. View all feedback.

Superb service. Cold, delicious sake and sushi. I was traveling from Georgia to Texas on June 7 and sat at the sushi bar to observe the chefs. Great chef recommendations on various spicy tuna rolls. They’re doing it right here. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Wonderful service. Absolutely beautiful restaurant and absolutely wonderful food. I've been here twice for a date as well as just a meet up with friends so it has a very versatile environment. There are a lot more dietary options here than other sushi places in Hoover, which is very helpful. I know some people who prefer this place over other sushi places due to the fact that O'Sushi has more options for people with shellfish allergies.
10/10 this place is amazing everyone was so nice, it was super cute inside, and the food was absolutely amazing! If we lived in Birmingham this would be one a restaurant I would regularly go to and want to try all the different things on the menu
