Fantastic local pizza and pasta spot. Reasonable prices, nice portions, and smiling, friendly service. Hate to see a fountain not being used, but it's just a minor gripe. Fun place for a casual bite with family or friends.Vegetarian options: Pretty easy to make a variety of vegetarian pizzas/pastas/calzones. Staff is very accomodating. View all feedback.
What Anasia Hunter Collins doesn't like about Salvatore's Pizza Pasta:
I just paid over $14 for a Calzone was floored when it was delivered. The incorrect Sicilian slice that was sent to me was thicker than the Calzone. They should rename this because it is slightly stuffed dough, not a Calzone. I requested no ricotta on a traditional slice it was covered in it. Smh…maybe when a person says please don’t add it, it’s because they truly don’t want it. Total waste of money. At least the sl... View all feedback.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely amazinh.
First time customer. I ordered the “fettuccine shrimp pesto Alfredo”.The shrimp were horrible. I don’t even know you could over cook shrimp to that degree. It was like biting into an industrial eraser. The Alfredo sauce was very greasy, but maybe what one would expect at a budget mom and pop place.Fettuccine was undercooked but at least within the realm of normal Italian cooking cooking preferences.I asked when I ordered if bread was served with the dish and the reply was yes.Entree came and no bread. Had to ask a second time and bread finally showed up 15 minutes after the entree did. The bread was barely toasted and just a hoagie with butter and smattering of herbs on it.Was looking forward to a good solid meal after going through 4 days of hell with the raging zombie stomach virus going around bham, was my first real meal since Sunday and it disappointed.Maybe the red sauces/pizza/calzones are better? …..I will never find out.
Food and services is always amazing. My friend said her spinach ravioli was as good as her Italian grandmother ever made!
