"You must go! Food is delish. Go hungry so you can try the empandas and an entree and dessert too. Recommend the Jesus Cake and I loved the jerk chicken. I want to try the cuban next time. The owner/staff are so great. They're exceeding expectations. Love that we have a spot like this in B'ham."

"It is very sad but after almost a year of going here weekly, my fiance and I will no longer be eating here.Our friend had food poisoning shortly after eating Chicken Tikka from Bawarchi on 2/16/2022. My fiance and I were very surprised and decided to eat there 2/18/2022. My fiance got her usual paneer Tikka and had debilitating food poisoning the past two days. I reached out to Bawarchi via email and phone and received very lukewarm concern regarding this issue.This has called into question Bawarchi's concern for food safety in my mind. And despite their delicious food, we will not be eating there again. It is simply not worth the risk."
