What sarah moten doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Need better training and etiquette. Need to accept responsibility for poor service and not blame it on being overwhelmed by work responsibilities. Sat in double drive thru when only one vehicle was there waiting, watched 6 vehicles pull into 2nd line and receive service before me and then the suv behind me pulled into the 2nd line and received service before me.
