this is one of my fav places to eat in the western suburbs of Melbourne. The sizzler plates are great value this is a great place to go with a group and order a variety of dishes to share, the Nan breads are not to be missed and the prices are very reasonableService is great read more.

I visited on the 21/7/14 and dined in. Service was ok but the meat was super tough and it was not as listed on menu. I didn't want to say to my husband that I thought that they had substituted lamb with liver, but he raised it first. and I agreed. It was a birthday dinner and we were both tired and really couldn't be bothered complaining. Just will not go back. It is a shame as I had had great Indian food in the past... read more.

"A lovely authentic experience at Ras Dashen with Wondi (owner and waiter). We took the advice of a previous Zomato review and just asked Wondi to bring us a mixture of food for two hungry diners.<br/ <br/ We got a mixture of meat and vegetarian dishes, alongside a variety of breads and everything was amazing. Finished off with a traditional coffee which not only tasted great, but was a nice little experience.<br/ <br/ All of this with two alcoholic drinks for just $30 a head!<br/ <br/ Looking forward to heading back already"

I went for Sunday brunch, but it was so empty, not sure why : I ordered the mushroom bowl and although it wasn't the cheapest vegan bowl I ever had, the part was huge and I stayed satisfied.
