Fortune Garden is the best Chinese restaurant in Horley! The portion sizes are generous for the price. I've tried many other Chinese places in the area, but I always find myself returning to Fortune Garden. I can't comment on their delivery service since I always pick up my orders myself!
The special fried rice is fantastic! The crab and sweet corn soup would be perfect if it were just slightly less sweet. The server is friendly and smiles without any issues, which is a contrast to what some other reviews have mentioned.
