An order was placed online at 1pm for drive through pickup. After a 35 minute wait, we were told to come inside to pick it up. Once inside after another 20 mins and asking about the order they said it was called out and someone else must have grabbed it. It was not called and no one grabbed it. The WORST Popeyes chicken ever. It was all burnt. I even went to exchange for fresh cooked chicken and it was still tasting burnt. Change the grease you may get...
