The Schützenhof in Hornburg offers fine dishes. The cook really understands his craft. It's not a snap, but it's completely justified for the level of the kitchen. The great manko of the Schützenhof is the ambience as with many old guest houses in Harz. The old 70s charm insults me personally. Feeling good is not possible. And the service is terrible. "The Café offers some fine vegan options, which are very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful and know whats vegan. There is a fast service and space to sit outside. The waffle (spelt and grape seed flour) is very good but even everything else. I think meanwhile we tasted all the vegan options."
