What a fantastic place to eat. Visited the Café/Coffee shop this afternoon for Lunch with my Grandad and Mum. They both had poached eggs on black...
Great place , lovely friendly atmosphere and food was gorgeous..would highly recommend

"This was my second visit to cafe velo. I came back because I enjoyed it so much the first time. Really lovely, friendly staff and fast service. Coffee was AMAZING. Just had a slice of cake with it this time. Nabbed the sofa in the window and it was so comfy, I wasn't sure that I'd be able to get out again. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Beverley."

"Enjoyed my first visit for a takeaway. I would have given 5, but some accessibility issues with the layout. Accessibility mixed level manual entrance, narrow inside between tables. Takeaway order point is at the back (order by phone and collect at the front of the restaurant if in a chair? . Disabled toilet at the rear with normal width doors. Opening Times Monday to Thursday and Saturday 5:30 11:00 pm. Friday Saturday 5:30 11:30 pm. Planned to be open 7 days a week, including Christmas Day. Car Parking the restaurant is near a junction, but there is free on road parking relatively nearby. Children made welcome. Delivery no. Drink non alcoholic, but customers can bring their own and there is no 'corkage ' charge. Food enjoyed it, fresh vegetables (I 'm a veggie . Price Speed I 'd ordered a Peshwari Naan and the Tandoor took 40 minutes to heat up Staff friendly and helpful. Toilets (including disabled at the back through normal width doors."

"Enjoyable experience of entry, attentive cheerful staff and excellent food. Salad bar with a wide selection of delicious dishes. Staff come to your table with spits of delicious meat, beef, chicken, gammon and even pineapple. Wines to average restaurant prices and dinner a very reasonable £20. Will definitely return."
