"This place is the definition of hometown charm. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My fiancé and I stopped at a weekend anniversary to see the caves and wanted to find a good breakfast place. We ordered the breakfast dishes that came with cookies and gravy, eggs, fried potatoes and two slices of bacon. The skill kept the food nice and hot during the duration of the meal that was brilliant! Each piece of food was delicious, well seasoned and had made this house touch. The cherry on top- the prices are extremely affordable! The chicks were each $5.99 for a ton of food, and honestly we could probably have shared one because we were too full to finish. We are used to paying 2-3 times so much for a similar meal of less quality so that you definitely get the most bang for your buck here! This is a must when we travel to Tennessee! Very recommended!"

"I have brought many, many friends and family to Garcia's for their first time visit; it immediately becomes their favorite mexican restaurant. Always. I have never gotten any entrees that were not totally 100% satisfaction. Their homemade salsa and guacamole is to die for. Yummy delish. Plus their servers match the quality of their food. Top notch."

"2nd time we went there!! We had the Salisbury Steak meal. 3 sides. It was very good. I didnt know it was topped with onions, but my husband took them. Such good food!! AND!!!...I believe we were visited by Miss Betty herself!! She came around asking everyone how their food was!??Loved that touch! And..the waitress was very thoughtful. As we were leaving, she asked if we wanted a fresh drink to go, we said No, we have Tea in the car...then she asked us if we needed a cup of ice for our tea!!?Very thoughtful!1st visit: GREAT little gem. At first it looks small, but it has another room just down a couple steps. Very cozy. Great food. Great Sevice! Fast service! I recommend any one go and try this restaurant! See pictures. I had the Catfish dinner, Yummy! Husband had the Meatloaf dinner. He said it was very good! (But not as good as mine!?)Sides are homemade! Pea salad good! Potato salad, Good! Coleslaw, good!Cant wait to go back. Look and see how much I brought home!We were very Happy. Kept us happy until we got to Walmart!???Kid-friendliness: Has great food choices for children.Parking: Parking is right across the street from their building. There is a traffic light there with a crosswalk. Road didnt seem too busy."

"Had my Birthday dinner at A Little Taste of Texas and they did not disappoint. Totally frozen that steaks cooked at such a high level could be found in small town Kentucky. Ordered the Cowboy Ribeye and the fried green tomatoes. The steak was cooked to medium rare perfection with great flavor and the fried green tomatoes were the best I've ever had. The steamed broccoli was plain which is the way I like it. To top it off my wife got me a surprise desert of blackberry cobbler with ice cream. Kim was our waitress and delivered a 5 star performance for service as well. Earlier reviews and issues with medium well steaks are ordering steaks that will scientifically make them tough. Anyway, everyone should try this place out...!!"
