I booked a work Christmas meal at this restaurant and arrived half an hour early. We were greeted by a friendly woman behind the bar who showed us to our table upstairs. Our server, Oliver, was fantastic! Despite our table of 16 having various drink orders, Oliver was polite, friendly, and smiling all night. Loads of five star reviews so we thought we’d give it a go. I think for a brew house/pub it’s probably justified. Underwhelmed by the food however. Food quality was lower than I expected and what arrived wasn’t even as per the menu. I think if you want to try some locally brewed beer then go there, you won’t be disappointed. There are a lot better places to eat on that street however. View all feedback.
