I visited last week with my Mum. The queue was huge. One member of staff was working and rushed off her feet. She was calling out to customers who had already sat down to collect their coffee as she made it. The area behind the counter looked a mess, quite clearly the one member of staff is not enough. When I saw the size of the tiny coffee cups we decided not to bother waiting. More staff definitely needed! View all feedback.
