Stopped last week on our annual trip through Fernie to eat at Smitty's like we usually do. Big mistake. The restaurant was busy so knew the staff would be also be busy. But the food - terrible. One of our orders was bacon and eggs. The bacon was not the real bacon - but the precooked junk that tasted like shoe leather. The other order was oatmeal.
