What Lynn Powell doesn't like about Shell:
The main reason for 1 star is that they often don’t answer the phone. On a couple occasions I went there in person to order and staff acted like I was really putting them out to ask for a pizza. They also quit making pizza before supper time. I’ve even been told at 4:30pm that it’s too late to make pizza. The pizzas they make (when they answer the phone) are very good *most* of the time.
