Hey I absolutely received what I ordered here, I always have my sandwich different than what is made typically. My altered Reuben was unsurpassed today, just really perfect. I ordered 1 buffalo slider and a large curly fry. As I do everywhere, I politely asked for FRESH FOOD! Two stars got lost when I was handed a bag of cold food. I told the young lady that I specifically asked for freshly cooked food. She threw out the fries and left the slider in the bag as she supposedly made fresh fries and lost another star.
