They made it up to us but it doesn't make up for the bad service the day b4.. we went back the next day and loved it. DO NOT GO ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!...
Best manager great service love the food as always!!

"The purple milkshakes turn kids into crackheads, because they get so hooked, it causes arguments, theft from one another, and whining about wanting to revisit! It became so instantly loved, that we had to visit the North Little Rock restaurant to feed their addiction. So this joint was good. Food was very good. I'd give 5 stars, if not for the girls standing there staring at you, like they either didn't hear you correctly or didn't know how to answer your questions- just not punctual and not friendly."

"Never had them. We ended up just eating at Chili 's... I mean it 's confusing. The website does not convey that this is a virtual kitchen restaurant and the Chili 's staff did not even know what we where talking about regarding Its Just Wings very confusing. Seems like this marketing and communication could be worked out better."

"Fantastic! My husband and I agree this is the most wonderful sushi we have ever eaten. Patrick, Rodger, and the whole staff provided excellent customer service and were friendly and knowledgeable Hot Springs is fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber. We cannot wait to go again. This is our new favorite place!"

"Good food and good service. They need air conditioning in the big room and they need to get some better tables because the vanish has come off the table and they come off feeling like they haven't been cleaned. But, they are clean and the food is really good, the service is also good, and the prices aren't to bad either. The prime rib is excellent. The menu has a wide variety and they also have specials in a black board. Get there before 7 pm or else you won't get any prime rib! Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is gravel but so it may be difficult for a wheel chair to move but getting into the restaurant once you are off the gravel is extremely easy."

"This was our first visit back to Steinhaus since the plandemic. There was a new menu of both traditional German and other hearty entrees and expected biden-inflationary prices. We received value for dollars spent as a variety of food, drinks, and service for our party of 5 was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and the servings are generous enough for take-home food. We were not carded, as another reviewer mentioned, for alcoholic beverages. The specialty drinks were small but well made and the German beers are fantastic."

"I?m from Texas and nothing can beat Texas BBQ !! To each it?s own though so don?t come at me. I wanted try it since I was in Hot Springs and McClard?s has great history behind it and a favorite amongst locals and visitors . Staff was really friendly and attentive but food was ok . The sliced beef tasted like pot roast with BBQ sauce poured on top , the beans was different tasted more like chili beans and I wasn?t a big fan of that . The ribs were ok very tough and chewy , sausage was good . I did enjoy the potato salad and the side of fries with the dry seasoning sprinkled on top it was so good . I even purchased the dry seasoning to take home which was the best part . The BBQ sauce was ok wasn?t my thing now the loaded fries I think was the best dish in my opinion but I think if the cheese was melted on top it would of been heaven."

"This is one of the best places in the city. I went last night to sit, the food has changed so much and not for the better. they give much less portion with much more filler hardly meat or vegetables. then after slow service they bring me my scare and the prices were higher then what it said on the menu. when they were asked and why they said that Kovid came, they had to increase the prices to some things. I told them I understand and agree, but they should have some sign that the prices have changed not try to get an extra $4 or $5 from us. I recommend trying any other plance in the city."
