"We were there in July of that year to review off-the-beaten-path tourist locales for American Public Television. Mr. Moeller of world-famous Moeller Fabrik—my favorite old school furniture-maker had taken us to the museum near the restaurant. I was 20 years old, loved the food and...was served Akvavit for the first time. We left Aarhus having had quite a memorable meal and adventure. I will be served at this restaurant in this coming fall 2019, back for the first time since my younger days. I cannot wait."
