Mcdonald's - Houma

We have eaten breakfast after our annoyed periods for fast work. mc d. has the best breakfast in fastfood. lunch and dinner is also great, but the breakfast is the best.

Caramel cappuccino is so good! faster service also with a wrapped line. friendly staff. exact order when passing through. cheap to the center of town and hwy 311.

Eating was hot and quickly courteous worker extremely patient with my order cuz I can never my thoughts great family atmosphere

There was a long line for the drive thru; about 6 vehicles in front of me. As soon as I got into the line, the car in front of me pulled out of the line and left. I assumed they had been waiting a while so i decided to park and order inside because there was only 2 ppl in line. Well, unfortunately for us, they cater to the drive-thru cars faster than they do inside. So, we actually ended up waiting longer inside than we would've waited in the drive-thru line. Either way, I was not upset because the manager was friendly and we saw the employees working hard. The manager locked the restaurant behind us because he wanted to be able to focus on servicing everyone in a timely manner but he couldn't do that with a full restaurant AND drive-thru. So, he decided it would be best to focus his employees' efforts on one line (drive-thru). I just wished he had locked it before I had gone in, but no hard feelings. The food was fresh to order. We got everything we ordered. Overall, great service even when understaffed.

I'm only giving 1 star because of my drink mocha frappe it's not a snowball she had to use a long spoon to scoop it out it was stiff still full of white ice it was not me correctly and she knew it and by me running late for work I had no choice but to take it.
