I had a really solid Po' Boy—specifically, the fried shrimp and roast beef half at 11 inches. The flavors of both fillings were great, with the shrimp being golden and crispy, not overly salty. However, I would have liked a bit more roast beef; it seemed flattened just to cover the bottom of the bread. We had a wonderful lunch as a group of four. Each of us enjoyed delicious fried beef po'boys accompanied by crispy French fries.
