Drive thru menu was blacked out and lobby door was locked at 3p.m. they weren't allowing customers in the building only drive thru

On a Friday at 7:30pm, the door were closed to go get food, and the employees were just sitting in the lobby

Expensive I find and got my order wrong 3 different

Does this West tunnel location hire rude young chics on purpose? Last few times I've gone there, there's some rude young girl with a bad attitude at the window.

The food was fresh, and the service was fast. The dining area was clean.
