I had never been to the Royal Oak before. I came here for a pre-ordered Christmas dinner. I was expecting a pretty average meal as per usual pub Christmas dinners. Well, it was really fantastic. The roast beef was tender and the gravy was tasty. Even the Brussel sprouts were nice. My starter and pudding were exceptional too. Will definitely be back!
