My husband and I came to this Arby's the other night and if I could rate one employee 100 stars I would give it to Charity...she really took her time with us trying to understand what we would like (we never been before and were very undecisive) the only reason they don't get the full five is because my food could've been a little warmer.But we will come again really appreciate everyone customer service in there. read more.

I paid $8 for a brisket sandwich, which looks like it's a ham sandwich, I would never go back I wish I could have uploaded a picture of the sandwich this is my second time here and it was the same thing you don't get anymore read more.
