Exceeded my expectations. I 'm biased to thinking best and freshest Vietnamese food is only found on Bellaire. The service was fast and the food was just out of the kitchen of mom 's house. My favorite was their freshly ground/cut peppers for the dipping sauce. Be CAREFUL! Freshly ground/cut also means high spice levels. Never been inside , but had many Togo orders . The bánh cuốn is good never had a bad order ,
