Stayed in the Hyatt right down the road for my first time in Houston and decided to walk here to try it out. The food was DELICIOUS! I had the grilled beef medallions and they were cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes? Phenomenal. My sister hadthe pasta poretti and the tiramisu- loved both! What User doesn't like about Birraporetti's:
Pasta primavera is bland. Shrimp is under cooked. Came here for a dinner during Opera intermission. The waitstaff doesn’t come to check on you, the service was very underwhelming. This was surprising as there was only a few tables being seated. This isdefinitely not a premium Italian restaurant. My unsolicited advice…go somewhere else before and during the Opera.
