I have been to Bollo a couple times now and it has been very consistent. They have a ton of vegetarian options, but obviously I'm vegan so that doesn't count for me. As for vegan options, they have several of those as well. They offer vegan daiya cheese and make a great vegan pizza. We had a gluten-free crust with vegan cheese, mushroom, fresh jalapeño, tomatoes, fresh basil, red onion pizza. Crust was very crispy what we love!!
I can't get enough of the pizza here. I'll go at least once a week. More if I can. The crust is perfect and the toppings are made to order. Everything is fresh...
