I was so excited to see that Kubo’s reopened only closer to me!! I used to frequent their location in Rice Village and was so disappointed when they closed. our third visit since his new debut and probably also our last! new chef and new menus, but variety was still missing. on a Saturday night at 7 o'clock some items were already on the special and regular menus. even the most basic sushi spins like tamago, saba were not available. eating was expensive, but the quality was not consistent. the Tempoura battery was thick and hard, it was like biting on hard skin. service...
