This situation is usually excellent. Unfortunately, today got a very stale almond chocolate Croissant. It is not a cheap product, why let them go stepless and still sell them to customers? Food: 2/5 View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about La Madeleine:
Love the food, but every time I try to order, all staff in the building comfortably avoid eye contact and go to help people who order at the counter. No apology, always posture. I will probably not disturb back to this particular place because who manages it, it is so bad. Not that it's important to them, I'm sure about the Subpar customer service. View all feedback.
