There is a huge opportunity regarding customer service here. What happened to actually turning around to greet a guest upon entry- especially if it’s slow and there are only 2 guests seated and dinning. I stood for at least a good 2 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Mind you the tall gentleman who normally works in the morning had his back to me the entire time.
