"I wanted a Southwest Veggie wrap and emphasized that to the person taking my order but he kept pointing to the cool wrap. I did not want a wrap with meat. He kept assured me I was getting what I requested and NO I did not. I checked after I pulled out the very busy long drive-thru and was super disappointed.
