you have to be pretty good to get a good partitur for bbq in Texas, so I give three stars. we have a brisket sandwich and two sausage sandwiches, banana pudding and a peach pbbler. brisket was quite good, especially poured on with the sauce. the coat on the sausage was so hard that I pardoned my wife on her sandwich like a puppy seriously. It?ll do in a pinch. Didn?t give me heartburn. Love those hot buns. It just feels lifeless/soulless.
